The soft cheese knife has holes in the blade to ease cutting through the stickiest of soft cheeses and our all-purpose "Cheesemongers' Favourite Knife" has an angled and stepped offset blade that allows a clean, controlled cut through all cheeses.
Not all knives are made equal. Paxton & Whitfield’s Set of Two Cheese Knives are constructed with triple riveted handles and a 314 stainless steel, full tang blades. Full tang means the blade is made from one piece of metal that runs from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. These full tang blades, along with their bolsters, add weight, strength and durability to the knives, giving them a superior construction, improved leverage and better balance.
The blades are etched with the Paxton & Whitfield logo. Wash these knives with warm soapy water and dry. Not suitable for dishwasher use. Caution: sharp blade. please handle with care.
