FOSSA - La Crema Gianduia (Hazelnut Spread)
This crazy addictive hazelnut chocolate spread is made by slow roasting Italian hazelnuts – the best in the world, then grinding with a micro-lot cacao sourced from the Philippines.
It has an incredibly creamy mouthfeel. Warm nutty aroma and fruity undertone makes it perfect for breakfast as a spread on bread, or just enjoyed by the spoonful. Usually starts off with a little taste off the finger and before you know it, the jar is empty.
Ingredients: Italian hazelnuts (40%), Cacao, Cane Sugar

Store in a cool place for up to 6 months. Fat separation will happen if stored in warmer environment but you can simply stir the hazelnut oil and cocoa butter back in. If the cocoa butter forms a thin white layer at the top, simply melt it using any heat source and stir.
