Kayas are best when they are fresh, cooked slowly with exceeding care not to bring the eggs past a specific temperature. Our kayas are made with the same traditional ingredients, but our painstaking method brings a fresh new experience.
The texture is loose, like velvet on the tongue, with a pearly translucence and a coconut perfume that brings out the distinct aromas of pandan and gula melaka.
The pandan coconut kaya is the preference for the traditionalist whilst the salted gula melaka delivers a savoury note with the signature tang of artisanal gula melaka.
