United by a shared passion for preserving heritage cuisine, Chef Patricia Chen, heritage food advocate and founder of Sekel Kitchen, preserves vanishing Peranakan and Hakka handcrafted dishes, while Kitchen Goddess Christina Hunter celebrates the authentic flavours of her hometown through soulful, home-style cooking and vibrant Indonesian feasts.
