At The Dempsey Project, we embrace all diets!

Vegetarian, vegan, low-carb or gluten-free … there’s an extensive variety for everyone here.

Eating a dairy and gluten free diet, dealing with several food intolerances and needing to stick to very limiting eating regimens, prompted us to alter our menu to cater alternative diets and meet different dietary needs.

Our dedicated vegan and gluten-free menu range from light and healthy perfected recipes to excitingly indulgent desserts. Each dish is colourful, delicious and totally calorie-worthy … something that your body will love you for.



The gluten-free menu includes brunch favourites like banana oat pancakes and smashed avocado on sweet potato to a dedicated section created with holistic nutritionist Riyana Rupani (Riyana’s Clean Corner) where you could indulge in a barramundi with roasted cauliflower florets or a lamb shawarma with grain free bread.

For our vegan offering, we worked with Chef Shalu Asnani (founder of the @littlegreenkitchen.sg) a cooking studio and food consultancy that focuses on healthy vegan cuisine. The menu ranges from a comforting warm Quinoa-Coconut breakfast bowl to a Cambodian Tofu Amok curry or an indulgent Vegan Spaghetti Carbonara followed by a Cookies & Cream Berry parfait

And for those who drop in for our sunset Aperitivo, a cauliflower wings or a red curry tempeh quesadilla is the perfect evening nibble ending it with a raw chocolate peanut butter truffle
