Naturally sweet grappolato tomatoes, roasted and authentically preserved in extra virgin olive oil by a family production in Puglia. These cherry tomatoes are ripened under the Mediterranean sun and lightly roasted, which concentrates their sugars and softens the skins. They are an irresistible antipasto on bruschetta and add an intense burst of tomato flavour to pastas, soups and rice dishes.
Ingredients: Sicilian cherry tomatoes 70%, Italian extra virgin olive oil 27%, garlic, sea salt, oregano.
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep the tomatoes covered by the oil, refrigerate and eat within two weeks.
