A delicious and light tapenade made from freshly harvested Morrelli artichokes. The artichokes are grated and combined simply with lemon, oil and seasonings and make a delicious creamy vegan paté that can be enjoyed as a bruschetta spread, a dip, or with pasta.
Ingredients: Artichokes 57%, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper, chilli.
Once opened, refrigerate and eat within two weeks. Store away from heat and light.
