The Tartufissima was the first truffle pasta produced in the world, born from the culinary imagination and experience of Beppe, Chef and founder of Tartuflanghe.
Thanks to the high percentage of eggs present in the dough, these tagliolini have the flavor and consistency of home-made pasta, obtained thanks to bronze drawing and slow drying. The high percentage of truffles gives it a particularly intense and balanced flavor.
In 2012 our Tartufissima was included in " Oprah's favorite things ", the list of exclusive products chosen by the famous American presenter for the Christmas holidays.

Ingredients : durum wheat semolina , fresh pasteurized eggs 20%, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 7%, aroma.
It may contain traces of soy.

Chef's advice : Boil the noodles in two liters of boiling salted water for about 4-5 minutes.
Drain al dente and sauté in a pan with a knob of melted butter and olive oil.
Serve the steaming pasta, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
