Notes: This is a rich, creamy blue cheese from the Lombardy region in northern Italy. Cremeaux is a very soft form of dolce, sweet gorgonzola which was developed in the 1930s. The pate is white to straw-white in colour, with a marbling of greenish-blue mould. Matured 2-3 months.
