Made for Seggiano in Sicily, this is the most sublime and creamy of chocolate spreads. Its secret is the unusually high percentage of nutritious hazelnuts, ground to a fine smooth spread with the cocoa, without using emulsifiers. Delicious slow food from Italy.
Storage Instructions: Stir in any surface oil before use. Store away from heat and light but don't refrigerate.
Ingredients: Hazelnut 31% (Italian Origin), Cane sugar, cold pressed sunflower oil, cocoa powder with 93% of cocoa solids 12.5%, rice syrup, organic ingredient.
