RAW UNPASTEURISED BASIL PESTO
Our pesto is made from the tender top leaves of fresh Ligurian nasil, grown without herbicides or chemical fertiliser. The leaves are preserved in oil within hours of picking, to capture their amazing flavour.
Storage Instructions: Once opened, keep the surface covered with a thin layer of oil, refrigerate, and consume within 10 days.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, fresh DOP Genovese basil (30%), sea salt, pine nuts.
