TOMATO PESTO
Pesto is a typical sauce from Liguria with a creamy ground nut base. Our pesto rossois made with extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes and 20% fresh Ligurian basil. It's delicious as a dip, with pasta or bruschetta.
Storage Instructions: Once opened, keep the surface covered with a thin layer of oil, refrigerate, and consume within 10 days.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, fresh DOP Genovese basil (30%), sea salt, pine nuts, onion, acidity regulator: citric acid.
